How To Book Your Recording Session

To secure your recording time at Chop Spot Recordings, complete the following steps in order.

Step 1 – Select Your Session Time

Choose your preferred session length:

1 Hour – $60.00 / Book online
2 Hours – $110.00 / Book online
3 Hours – $150.00 / Book online
4 Hours – $190.00 / Book online
5 Hours – $235.00 / Book online
6 Hours – $280.00 / Book online
8 Hour – $375.00 /Spilt into 2 days / Invoice Request
10 Hour – $450.00 /Spilit into 2 days / Invoice Request

Step 2- Customer Identity & Payment Verification (Required)

To protect both you and the studio, we require a quick verification process to secure your session.
You will be asked to provide:

A valid photo ID (driver’s license or goverment-issued ID)

This step prevents fraud, chargebacks, false bookings, streamline risk operations, and increase trust & safety.

We DO NOT store your information. The third party (Stripe) we use will just send us a confirmation that you are verified and good to go. Please make sure all your information matches everything you were required to fill out.

Your session is NOT secured until verification is completed.

Step 3 – Complete Studio Policy Agreement (Required)

Before your session is confirmed, you must read and electronically sign our Studio Policy Agreement, which includes:

No Smoking
No weapons
No backpacks or large bags
No Pets (service dogs excluded)
No refunds after services begin
On-time arrival required
Late cancellation and rescheduling terms
Payment in advance
ID verification required
Guest limit is 2
No in and out during session time
Private location is undisclosed and not shared publicly

Your booking will not be finalized until this agreementis signed and emailed back to : chopspot.policyagree@gmail.com

Studio Rules • No smoking of any kind inside the studio or surrounding property. • No weapons permitted on the premises. • No backpacks or large bags allowed inside the studio. • No pets allowed in the studio. • No littering. Clients and guests must keep the studio clean. • No excessive in-and-out traffic during your session. • A maximum of two (2) guests per session unless approved in advance. *

Booking, Payment & Scheduling • Full payment is required in advance to confirm all studio bookings. • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. • Late arrivals do not extend session time. • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full session fee. • No refunds will be issued once a session has started. *

Recording & Mixing Policy Studio time booked is reserved for recording unless otherwise scheduled. Mixing is a separate service and requires additional time. If you would like your song mixed during your session, you must book enough time to allow for both recording and mixing. Mixing will not begin unless sufficient time has been scheduled. We do not rush mixes. Quality takes time. Stems and session master copies are FREE to get during your session time. Anything after your session time will cost a fee to prepare to send. *

Identification & Client Verification All clients must present a valid government■issued ID upon arrival. Identity verification may be required before session approval. Clients booking for others are responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with studio policies. *

Private Studio Location Policy Chop Spot Recordings operates from a private location. The studio address is confidential and must not be shared publicly, posted online, or distributed without permission. Violation of this policy may result in denied future bookings. *

Equipment Responsibility Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to studio equipment, furniture, or property. The client agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement if damage occurs *

Security Notice For safety and security purposes, this studio may use security cameras in common areas. By entering the premises, clients and guests consent to this monitoring. *

Step 4 – Studio Client In-Take and Verification Form (Required)

Step 5 – Completion of Requirenents – Invoice to Follow

Once you have completed the verification process, signed the Studio Policy Agreement, and successfully passed the in-take assessment, an invoice will be issued to you for payment.

Step 6 – Arrive On Time

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be shortened or cancelled per studio policy.

Mixing During Your Session

If you would like your song mixed during your studio session, please book enough time to allow for both recording and mixing. Mixing requires additional time for balancing vocals, adding effects, automation, and fine-tuning your sound.

Need to Reschedule?

You may request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
