How To Book Your Recording Session
To secure your recording time at Chop Spot Recordings, complete the following steps in order.
Step 1 – Select Your Session Time
Choose your preferred session length:
- 1 Hour – $60.00 / Book online
- 2 Hours – $110.00 / Book online
- 3 Hours – $150.00 / Book online
- 4 Hours – $190.00 / Book online
- 5 Hours – $235.00 / Book online
- 6 Hours – $280.00 / Book online
- 8 Hour – $375.00 /Spilt into 2 days / Invoice Request
- 10 Hour – $450.00 /Spilit into 2 days / Invoice Request
Step 2- Customer Identity & Payment Verification (Required)
To protect both you and the studio, we require a quick verification process to secure your session.
You will be asked to provide:
- A valid photo ID (driver’s license or goverment-issued ID)
This step prevents fraud, chargebacks, false bookings, streamline risk operations, and increase trust & safety.
We DO NOT store your information. The third party (Stripe) we use will just send us a confirmation that you are verified and good to go. Please make sure all your information matches everything you were required to fill out.
Your session is NOT secured until verification is completed.
Step 3 – Complete Studio Policy Agreement (Required)
Before your session is confirmed, you must read and electronically sign our Studio Policy Agreement, which includes:
- No Smoking
- No weapons
- No backpacks or large bags
- No Pets (service dogs excluded)
- No refunds after services begin
- On-time arrival required
- Late cancellation and rescheduling terms
- Payment in advance
- ID verification required
- Guest limit is 2
- No in and out during session time
- Private location is undisclosed and not shared publicly
Your booking will not be finalized until this agreementis signed and emailed back to : chopspot.policyagree@gmail.com

Step 4 – Studio Client In-Take and Verification Form (Required)
Step 5 – Completion of Requirenents – Invoice to Follow
Once you have completed the verification process, signed the Studio Policy Agreement, and successfully passed the in-take assessment, an invoice will be issued to you for payment.
Step 6 – Arrive On Time
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be shortened or cancelled per studio policy.
